Hi, My name is Rose. I am deaf. I have been at Pets Return Home for over a year. When I first came her I was aggressive with all dogs and with the humans here. I was not used to being touched and don’t think I had ever met any other dogs. This made me very scared of other dogs and humans. I also had a problem chasing shadows.I spent the first 9 months of my time slamming my muzzle into the concrete floor trying to get these unobtainable shadows. I had a serious form of OCD. Pets Return Home staff worked with me relentlessly. They would force me to look at them everyday. They would take me for great walks, I love walking. I am gentle on lead. I have since moved past the OCD ground pounding. I now focus on the humans and dogs in my area. I think I am ready for socializing with dogs. Time will tell – You can visit me and take me for a walk if you like. I am a Dogo Argentino and am about 2 years old. I have two things to ask you to do for me…..Would you please… 1.
